HPER 155 Personal Protection and Awareness

Students will learn about situational awareness; knowing what kind of situations you are putting yourself into and being able to tell the difference between dangerous situations and safe ones. Topics to be covered: personal safety and awareness, physical self protection techniques, home and vehicle security, drug awareness (date rape drugs). Pre-requisite: none. Fall on campus.
