CIS 412 Database Server Administration
This couse will provide a foundation for setting up and maintaining some of the most common Database Management Systems. This primary focus will be on Microsoft SQL Server for Windows. Oracle for Linux/Windows, and MySQL for Linux/Windows. Topics such as installation, maintenance and tuning, monitoring OLAP, and SQL best practices will be covered. Pre-requisites: CIS 312 and CIS 313. Spring.
