CIS 270 Operating System Principles

An introduction to a variety of computer operating systems. Emphasis will be on terminology, concepts, system commands, architecture, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Hands¿on experience with operating systems and operating environments such as Windows and Linux at the workstation and introductory server level. Pre-requisite: Sophomore standing. Spring on campus
