Science for the Elementary Teacher Minor

The minor in science for elementary teachers consists of 20 semester hours of approved science courses including SCNC 320 - Science for the Elementary Teacher I and SCNC 321-Science for the Elementary Teacher II. SCNC 101-Natural Science and SCNC 102-Physical Science may be used to complete this minor. The program will be determined jointly by the chair of the Division of Education and Psychology and the chair of the Division of Science and Mathematics. This minor does not fulfill the requirements for the middle school endorsement in science.
