WREL 1019 Hebrew I

This course is designed for those with little or no knowledge of Hebrew. Its goal is to enable students to develop a working knowledge of vocabulary and grammar sufficient to understand central texts from the Hebrew Bible, including the Genesis story, the Ten Commandments, and selections from the Psalms, in their original cultural and historical contexts.
