LIS 2100 Foundations of Online Citizenship
This course integrates the principles of information literacy, digital literacy, and meta-literacy. It will provide students with strategies to find, evaluate, use, share and create content using digital technologies in an ethical manner. The course will focus on a student's role as an information literate individual and emphasize a rapidly changing information landscape. This course will emphasize critical thinking, evaluation, reflection, and the role of being a responsible citizen.
