CH 241 Organic Chemistry
The first course of a three-term sequence for students in the sciences, chemical engineering, and professional health programs. Topics include nomenclature, in-depth treatment of major classes of organic compounds, mechanisms and synthesis. Includes a laboratory component. Prerequisite: CH 123 College Chemistry or CH 223 General Chemistry with a grade of C or better.
