The minor consists of a minimum of 5 courses:

AFS 101	Ideas of Africa
	Or
AFS 102	Introduction to Africana Studies
	Or
AFS 211	The Black Experience

And:

Four approved electives

Electives are chosen from an approved list of AFS electives.
