MATH 1054 PRE-CALCULUS
Exponential and logarithmic functions. Trigonometric functions with emphasis on trigonometric identities and trigonometric analysis. Complex numbers and trigonometric forms of complex numbers. Arithmetic and geometric sequences and series. Problem solving methods. Students will be required to acquire a specific graphing calculator.
Prerequisite
MATH*1000, or the equivalent, or a qualifying score on the placement examination.
