NURS 5012 NURSING & ORGANIZATIONAL THEORY

Analysis of nursing and organizational behavior with an emphasis on theories of leadership. Motivation; learning; team building; quality and safety; organizational culture and staff development will be discussed within the context of nursing leadership. The theories will be discussed in relation to individual differences among staff and client populations. Required for MSN Students.
