PSYD 6050 PROGRAM EVALUATION AND APPLIED RESEARCH

Role of evaluation in education and social science settings is explored. Relationship between research design, measurement (quantitative and qualitative) and evaluation is delineated. Approaches to evaluation, including Discrepancy, Transactional, Decision, Goal Based and Logic evaluation models are described. Students will develop, conduct, and report on an actual evaluation project.
