CHEM 4184 INTRO TO MOLEC MOD & ITS APPL
Introduction to the use of computational chemistry and molecular modeling as tools for the solution of real-world research problems in chemistry and biochemistry. Students must have a fundamental understanding of the structural organic chemistry, thermodynamics, kinetics, elementry biochemistry and the general principles of quantum chemistry. Prerequisites: Chem 2582, Chem 3382 or permission of the instructor.
