COURSE NUMBER: PSYD 7202 SEMESTER HOUR: 4 PRE REQ: Matriculation in the PsyD Program in combined school and clinical psychology Limitation on Enrollment: 12 Type of course: Doctoral level: Required for all PsyD students Catalog Description: This course provides students with basic competencies in the selection, administration, scoring and interpretation of individually administered tests of intelligence and achievement in regards to toddlers, infants, and children. The Wechsler scales will be higlighted. Issues of theory, research, clinical utility and ethics are addressed. Special attention will be given to issues relating to culturally sensitive assessment methodology. Pre-requisite: Matriculation in the PsyD Program in School and Clinical Psychology
