Psychology, AA
The study of psychology is the scientific study of the mind and behavior. Psychology is a multifaceted discipline and includes many sub-fields of study, such as human development, sports, health, clinical, social behavior, and cognitive processes.
This program is designed for students who intend to transfer to a four-year college or university. Requirements may be updated prior to the start of the Fall 2022 semester. Students completing this program should consult a counselor or advisor to develop their degree plan and for registration advice.

Transfer Notes: This program is designed to prepare students for admission to a bachelor's degree program with a major in psychology. Many four-year schools have more than one option within the psychology major, including general psychology and behavioral science. Admission to the major often requires completion of lower division psychology courses with a minimum grade point average.
