CUL 212 Breads & Rolls

(Contact Hours: 5) This course provides a concentration on fundamentals of chemically and yeast raised breads and rolls. Instruction will focus on commercial preparation of a wide variety of products. PREREQUISITE: Successful completion of CUL 210 and MATH 105 is REQUIRED.
