HIST 483 History of ECSU and Black Education
Addresses in general the key events in the history of education for African Americans in the Southern United States from around 1865 to the present, emphasizing higher education, in particular, the history of Elizabeth City State University from 1891 to present. Course includes a project based on documents preserved in the Elizabeth City State University Archives.
