ART 220 Painting I
This course offers basic studio instruction in the craft, techniques, and philosophy of painting. Emphasis is placed on learning composition, representation, color, brush manipulation, use of media, and canvas preparation. Five contact hours. Prerequisites: ART 100, 102, or permission of instructor.
