Upward Bound Program (ECSU Program)
Upward Bound is a college-based program of rigorous academic instruction, individual tutoring, and counseling for low-income disadvantaged high school students who meet criteria established by the U.S. Department of Education. The selection of students is based on the recommendation of high school teachers and counselors. An individualized educational program is designed for each student.
