BUS 4074 Entrepreneurship

This course focuses on developing a business idea into a new entrepreneurial venture. Students will explore unmet market needs in product, labor or capital markets, and transform them into a business opportunity. They will learn how to engage in opportunity recognition, market research and analysis, and new venture feasibility assessment. They will develop a business plan for a start-up firm, participate in a business plan competition, and showcase their business model to peers and industry experts. Prerequisite: None.
