EDUC 5610 STA: Explorations in Equity
**Study Travel Course** Explorations in Equity examines principles of equity and diversity and their implementations in schools and institutional settings. Students examine their own beliefs, attitudes, biases, and expectations about equity, so that they are better prepared for their future careers. With the goal of developing comfort with difference through heightened self-awareness, students participate in community engagement projects, integrating course content through cultural immersion.
