ITNW 2435. NETWORK TROUBLESHOOTING AND SUPPORT (3-3-4) Troubleshoot and support networks with emphasis on solving real world problems in a hands-on environment. Topics include troubleshooting and research techniques, available resources, and network management hard/software. Suggested prerequisites: ITNW 1354, 1425, ITSC 1358 ITCC 1401.
