Course Description
GISC 1421. INTRODUCTION TO RASTER-BASED GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SYSTEMS (GIS) (3-3-4) Instruction in GIS data sets including raster-based information such as images or photographs, acquisition of such data, and processing and merging with vector data. Course offered only in the Spring semester. Suggested prerequisite: ITSC 1405. Prerequisites: GISC 1302 or GISC 1311. 45.0702
