SON1000 Introduction to Medical Sonography

This course is an introduction to the profession of sonography and the role of the sonographer. Emphasis on basic ultrasound procedures, medical terminology, ethical/aspects, musculoskeletal disorders, professional issues relating to registry, accreditation, professional organizations, and history of the profession.
