PLA2800 Family Law

This course provides an overview of Florida family law with an emphasis on drafting commonly used legal documents and worksheets to prepare students to perform as a family law paralegal. Topics covered include marriage, dissolution, paternity, alimony, time-sharing, child support, equitable distribution, prenuptial agreements, and marital settlement agreements.
