HSA4383 Quality Management and Process Improvement

This course addresses the principles and mechanics of healthcare quality and process improvement, including quality management tools, methods, and cultural concepts. It is recommended, not required, that students take HSA4107 Health Services Administration and HSA4170 Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management prior to taking this course.
