Residential and Commercial Appliance Technology, Associate of Applied Sciences - MAT3
The Associate of Science in Residential and Commercial Appliance Technology degree program provides the knowledge and skills to diagnose and repair major residential and commercial appliances. Emphasis is placed on the kitchen, laundry and refrigeration components in the residential and commercial fields include the servicing, installation and repairs of these appliances. Topics include the component identification and application, repair and diagnosis of malfunctioning electrical, electronic and mechanical components, wiring diagram interpretation, residential and commercial appliance installations, coin machine operation/installation and card readers.
