OM9111 Qi Gong: Internal Activation
This is the first class in a three-course series, introducing methods and techniques for direct, experiential understanding of the internal qi pathways of the Du and Ren meridians. The focus is on activating and cultivating one's own qi, in accordance with corresponding yin/yang theory and TCM principles.
