EDST 370 Instructional Leadership

Practices in leading curriculum and instructional change will be explored including the study of professional learning community (PLC) organization and leadership, school committee structures and leadership, teacher engagement in mentoring and support structures, instructional coaching, and teacher leader dispositions and strategies. Prepares undergraduate teacher education majors for leading from their role as teacher.
