Public Directory Information
“Public Directory Information” is information not generally considered harmful or an invasion of privacy if disclosed. Effective November 17, 2020, the College has designated the following information as “Public Directory Information”:
- Full name of student
- City of residence
- County of residence
- Major and field(s) of study
- Degrees and awards including nature and date received
- Dates of attendance
- School or division of enrollment
- Enrollment status
- Participation in official activities and sports
- Weight and height of members of athletic teams
- Photograph(s)
Students who wish to prohibit the release of directory information should submit a Restrict Release of Records form to the Office of Student Records on the Augusta Campus.
