MATH 4365 Data Mining and Bioinformatics

This three-hour course covers data mining and machine learning techniques, and an introduction to bioinformatics and genomics/proteomics. In this class students will learn to use a variety of software packages, which may include R, Minitab, JMP, and/or SAS. Prerequisite: math-3333'>MATH 3333
