GIS 201 YOUTH/POLITICS IN MIDDLE EAST

Youth and Politics in Middle East History  An exploration of the experience of youth in the modern Middle East. The course traces how the ideas and practices that shaped young people’s lives transformed over time, and analyzes how those changes impacted Middle Eastern societies as a whole. In this way, the course situates youth’s prominent place in contemporary Middle Eastern politics in historical context.
