College Connection
Although most freshman applicants will not enter the University of the Incarnate Word until after high school graduation, the University will consider applications from well-qualified candidates who have not yet completed their high school diploma and are considering taking college courses at the University as dualenrollment as part of their high school curriculum.
Dualenrollment candidates must contact theDirector of Brainpower Connection Programs at (210)283-6300 orplramire@uiwtx.edu for information on applying to the University as a dualenrollment student. As part of the dualenrollment application, students must also submit an official high school transcript, a letter of permission from their high school counselor, and proof of Meningitis vaccination. Participation in dualenrollment courses at the University does not imply automatic acceptance to the University as a first-time freshman or transfer student.
