EDSI 2374 Physical Science for Elementary Teachers
Physical Science for Elementary Teachers addresses the instruction and assessment of physical science topics considered essential for teachers of elementary school science. It is designed to develop a fundamental understanding of physical science that will make students competent guides of elementary school science learners. Physical science concepts will be developed through various modalities including problem solving and hands-on activities. The course will focus on motion, energy, electricity, matter, and chemical reactions with application to everyday life.
