MATH 3333 Statistical Methods

This is a three-hour course that covers parametric and non-parametric statistical methods for 1-sample, 2-sample, and multiple-sample inference for means, medians, variances, proportions, and counts, as well as basic modeling of relationships between variables. Strategies for using graphical and statistical analysis to solve practical problems, and principles of experimental design are presented. In this course, students will learn to use R, Minitab, and SPSS.
