DANC 1183 Basic Rhythms

Students practice rigorous drill to increase stamina and the capacity for endurance; to develop physical coordination and naturalness; to coordinate movement and increase flexibility and strength; to develop focus, balance, and confidence; and to explore inner rhythms, instincts, and physical potential.
