CHEM 4432 Physical Chemistry II Quantum Mechanics

This lecture and laboratory course examines the physical chemistry of matter and its chemical behavior covering: fundamental principles of quantum mechanics, exactly soluble model problems, electronic structure of atoms and molecules, spectroscopy. Laboratory experiments are chosen to demonstrate concepts taught in the lecture.

CHEM 1301 AND CHEM 1302 AND CHEM 1203L AND MATH 2312 AND MATH 2313 AND PHYS 2305 AND PHYS 2105 AND PHYS 2306 AND PHYS 2106. And requires grades of C or higher and 8 semester hours of Calculus based Physics.
