PHAR 5130 Applied Pharmacy Care
This is the fifth in a series of courses that will focus on the application of pharmaceutical care principles, pharmaceutical knowledge and professional techniques to solve patient and medication-related issues. This course includes the use of knowledge and clinical skills to evaluate and assess patient cases in order to design pharmaceutical care plans using basic therapeutic principles and evidence-based medicine.
