NURS 7372 Healthcare Economics and Finances
This course is designed to enhance the effectiveness of DNP nurse leaders through the development of skills in fiscal management in the highest levels of health care organizations/communities. The planning, control, and management of an organization/community's financial resources are examined. Leadership skills for working with interprofessional teams and policy leaders within complex systems are addressed.
