Certification Procedures

All Official transcripts, including Military Transcripts, must be on file and evaluated toward a specific degree program before the enrollment can be certified to the VA. Only courses that are required for the selected degree program will be certified to the VA. All students requesting to use VA Educational Benefits at UIW must submit all required documents to the Military and Veteran Center. These required documents are listed on the Military Veteran Center website. Enrollment will be certified following registration for each semester and upon submission of the VA Certification Request Form. The VA Certification Request Form is required each semester or term for certification or any subsequent change in registration.
