BMKT 3334 Service Marketing
The goal of this course is to expand students' marketing knowledge by considering the requirements of services marketing. At their core, services are intangible, in direct contrast to marketing with its emphasis on product knowledge. Intangibility makes selling and managing services very different from a product marketing. This course focuses on those differences, the problems inherent in delivering quality service, and understanding customer
expectations and perceptions of service. Offered in Fall and Spring.
