ACCT 3312 Intermediate Accounting II

The second course of a two-part sequence of intermediate accounting, this course focuses on an in-depth study of accounting theory and practice essential to the preparation of general-purpose financial statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. Emphasis is placed on the proper presentation of financial statements in conformity with current accounting standards with a specific focus on investments, liabilities and stockholders' equity.  This course also discusses current business practices and the application of sustainability/corporate social responsibility.
