EDUC 3347 Differentiating Lit Instruct
This course addresses differentiated literacy instruction. Special emphasis is placed on English language learners and students with reading difficulties such as dyslexia. Other topics include Response to Intervention, flexible grouping,
instructional accommodations, the various instructional formats of a Balanced Literacy classroom, manuscript and cursive handwriting, as well as formal and informal literacy assessments. This course is the final course in a sequence of four for the reading minor. Prerequisite course is EDUC 3337
