MATH 4196 Mathematic Reading/Research II
This is the second component of a two-course sequence with MATH 4295. This course is designed to introduce students to a broad view of mathematics and basic technical skills to do mathematics research. A variety of research methodologies will be discussed and critical thinking skills, the ethical content of research, and various journal writing styles will be emphasized. Prerequisite: MATH 4295 with a "B" or better and permission of the instructor.
