ENGL 3361 Literary Theory

Part of the Literary Studies and Criticism branch of the UIW English Program, this study of literary theory engages the student in any of a number of critical approaches to texts. This course will explore four or more particular interpretive perspectives, such as cultural materialism, deconstruction, feminism, Marxism, new historicism, postcolonialism, structuralism, poststructuralism, psychoanalytic criticism, and stylistics.
