The Office of Student Conduct & Conflict Education is responsible for the adjudication of nonacademic student and student organization misconduct for UC Santa Cruz. In this capacity, (OSCCE) administers the Code of Student Conduct in accordance with Section 100.00 of the Student Policies and Regulations Handbook. Allegations of misconduct may be brought by students, faculty, staff, police, visitors to the campus, and members of the community. Incident reports may be made by submitting a report at the Office of Student Conduct & Conflict Education webpage.
