PED 101 Hatha Yoga

The practice and application of Hatha yoga techniques. Emphasis is placed on improvement of muscular strength, flexibility, endurance, and concentration. Breathing techniques, postures, and meditation are utilized. May be repeated for a maximum of four accrued credits. (Spring 2020) (course fee required)
