STCO 43503 Gender and Media
Prerequisites: STCO 11103, 16103, 32403, and 35503. Study of media influence on gender roles and how women working in media affect perceptions about gender roles. Course explores changing expectations about women's and men's participation in leadership, communication, organizations and global issues. Students must earn a C or higher in each strategic communication course required for credit toward completion of STCO major degree requirements.
