Prerequisites: permission of instructor. For strategic communication majors, must be a junior or senior who has successfully completed required gateway courses STCO 23113 and 23123 with a C or higher in each, and a combined GPA of 2.5 in these courses, plus six upper-level hours in the major. Related majors are also eligible to apply. Students work 9 hours weekly on client projects and also attend a one-hour weekly class in Roxo, TCU's student agency for advertising and public relations. Students learn agency operations, professional roles, work practices and industry trends. Students must earn a C or higher in each strategic communication course required for credit toward completion of STCO major degree requirements.
