STCO 11103 Writing and Editing
Prerequisites: A grade of C or higher in each of the gateway courses STCO 23113 and 23123; and a combined GPA of 2.5 or higher in these courses; and a C- or higher in MATH 10043 or INSC 20153 or equivalent. Introduction to basic writing and editing skills for advertising and public relations. Includes the study and application of style and story structure. Students must earn a C or higher in each strategic communication course required for credit toward completion of STCO major degree requirements.
