SOWO 40513 Approaches to Healthy Aging
Prerequisites: SOWO 10833 or permission of instructor. Provides students the opportunity to explore interdisciplinary approaches to working with older adults, their families, and the larger community. Involves a required service learning component in which students will develop skills, attitudes, and knowledge that will assist them in learning to value and promote healthy aging and quality of life with older adults.
